The seven services
AI Readiness Assessment
We interview your team, map where the hours go and rank the jobs AI should take on first. You get an opportunity map, a tool shortlist, a data-risk list and a 90-day roadmap. Most Kansas City engagements land between $2,500 and $6,000. Two to three weeks.
AI Workflow Automation
We build automations for the work your team repeats every day: intake, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, follow-up and reporting. Built, measured, then handed off with documentation. Most land between $5,000 and $25,000, scoped per set of workflows. Three to eight weeks.
AI Training & Workshops
Hands-on training built on your team's real tasks. Half-day workshops, role-based series and leadership briefings. Half-day workshops: $1,500–$3,500 for up to about 20 people. Role-based series: $4,000–$10,000 over four to six weeks.
Custom AI Assistants
An assistant that answers from your own documents, with guardrails. Internal knowledge assistants, customer-facing assistants and sales follow-up agents. Build: $4,000–$20,000, plus $200–$800 per month to run. Three to six weeks.
Copilot & Gemini Implementation
Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Gemini, rolled out the right way: permissions cleaned up, a pilot group first, adoption training, and a straight answer on who needs a license. Most land between $3,000 and $12,000 plus licenses. Three to six weeks.
AI Policy & Governance
A written AI use policy, an approved-tools list, data classification and client-data rules, sized for a small business and tied to training. Most land between $2,000 and $5,000. About two weeks.
Fractional AI Lead
A part-time AI lead on retainer, from a half-day to one day a week. Runs the roadmap, vets tools, trains new hires and keeps the policy current. $2,500–$8,000 per month, three-month minimum.
How the services fit together
Most engagements follow the same path. You can enter at any point, but skipping the assessment usually means guessing.
Assess tells you what to build. Build puts it into the jobs your team already does. Train makes sure people use it. Set the rules keeps client data out of the wrong tools. A fractional lead keeps it all moving once the first projects are done.
What every service has in common
- A fixed scope and a price range before we start. No open-ended hourly billing on project work.
- Your accounts, your data. Automations and assistants run in accounts you own. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
- Tool-agnostic recommendations. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot: we pick what fits the job and your existing stack.
- Documentation and handoff. Every build ships with a plain-English guide for the person who maintains it.
- Measured results. We set a baseline of hours spent during the assessment and report against it.
Pricing
Every range on this page comes from our published pricing. For how those numbers compare with hourly, project and retainer rates across the market, read what an AI consultant costs.
Not sure where to start?
That's what the free call is for. Tell us what's eating your team's time and we'll tell you which service, if any, makes sense first.
A few rules of thumb. If you can't name the job you want AI to do, start with the assessment. If you can name it and the data lives in one or two systems, go straight to automation or an assistant. If you already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and people aren't using the AI built into it, start with the Copilot and Gemini rollout.
