What we do
Seven services. Most clients start with one or two and add more once the first piece is working.
| Service | What you get |
|---|---|
| AI Readiness Assessment | A ranked list of the three jobs AI should take on first, a tool shortlist and a 90-day plan |
| AI Workflow Automation | Intake, quoting, scheduling, invoicing and follow-up handled by automations your team can see and fix |
| AI Training & Workshops | Hands-on sessions built around your team's real work, not generic prompt tips |
| Custom AI Assistants | An assistant that answers from your own documents, for staff or for customers |
| Copilot & Gemini Implementation | Microsoft 365 Copilot or Google Gemini rolled out with permissions cleaned up first |
| AI Policy & Governance | A written AI use policy, approved-tools list and data rules your team will follow |
| Fractional AI Lead | A part-time AI lead on retainer, without the full-time hire |

How an engagement runs
Four steps. You can stop after any of them and keep what you paid for.
- Assess. We interview the people doing the work, map where the hours go and rank the opportunities by hours saved and risk. Two to three weeks.
- Build. We set up the first automations, assistants or Copilot rollout. Your team tests them on real work before anything goes live.
- Train. Everyone who touches the new tools gets trained on their own tasks, by role.
- Set the rules. A written AI use policy, an approved-tools list and a simple review schedule, so the work keeps going after we leave.
Who we are not
Plenty of firms show up when you search for AI help in Kansas City. Here is how we're different.
- Not an enterprise IT firm with AI as a line item. We work with businesses where the owner still signs the checks.
- Not a national agency with a "Kansas City" page. We're based here, and on-site workshops across the metro are part of the job.
- Not a software vendor. We work with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini and automation tools like Zapier, Make and n8n. We recommend what fits your stack, and any license we supply is itemized separately so you can compare it with buying direct.
- Not a strategy-deck shop. If an engagement ends with a slide deck and nothing running, we didn't do our job.
Industries we know
Most of our work falls in five groups. Each has its own patterns, risks and quick wins.
- Contractors and home services: missed-call follow-up, estimate drafts, scheduling
- Professional services: document drafting, intake, billing narratives, with confidentiality rules first
- Healthcare practices: front desk, reminders and patient messages, with HIPAA rules first
- Manufacturing and distribution: quote turnaround, supplier emails, SOPs
- Real estate and property management: listing copy, tenant messages, owner reports

Frequently asked questions
What size business do you work with?
Mostly companies with 5 to 250 employees. Below five people, a few hours of training and a paid ChatGPT or Gemini plan usually covers it. Above 250, you probably have an IT department that wants a different kind of partner. Our sweet spot is the business where the owner or GM still knows where every hour goes and wants a working result, not a transformation program.
Do we need clean data before we start?
No. Most first projects run on the email, documents and software you already have. Part of the assessment is checking which data is good enough to use, which needs cleanup and which should stay out of AI tools entirely. If a project needs data cleanup first, we tell you that before you spend money on the build.
Which AI tool should we buy?
It depends on what you already run. A Microsoft 365 shop usually gets the most from Copilot. A Google Workspace shop already has Gemini in most plans. ChatGPT and Claude business plans fit teams that need a strong general assistant. We recommend based on your stack and your tasks, not on which product we prefer to sell.
Is it safe to put client information into AI tools?
On business plans with the right settings, it can be. On free consumer accounts, often not. The major business plans state that they don't train on your business data by default, but retention, sharing and access controls still need setup. We set those up and write the rules for what can and can't go in.
How fast will we see results?
The assessment takes two to three weeks. Most first automations or assistants go live three to eight weeks after that, depending on scope. Training sessions show results the next day, because people use what they practiced on their own work. We measure hours saved against the baseline we set during the assessment.
