What happens on the call
- We listen first. What your team does all day, where the hours go and what you've already tried.
- We tell you what we'd look at. The two or three jobs that look like the best candidates for AI or automation, and anything that should stay manual.
- We give you a rough range. Which services fit, if any, and where in our published price ranges you'd likely land.
- We tell you if we're not the right fit. Sometimes the answer is a free tool you already have, a different kind of firm or waiting a year.
What to have ready
You don't need to prepare much. It helps to know:
- Roughly how many people are on your team and what software you run (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, a CRM, job or practice software)
- Two or three tasks that eat the most time
- Whether anyone already uses AI tools at work, and which ones
- Any data you handle that needs special care, such as patient, client-confidential or financial information

Common questions
Is the call really free?
Yes. The 30-minute call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We use it to understand your business and decide together whether a paid engagement makes sense. If the answer is a tool you already own or a simple fix your team can make, we'll say so on the call.
Who will be on the call?
A senior member of our Kansas City consulting team who would work on your engagement, not a sales rep reading a script. Bring whoever knows where the hours go, often the owner plus an office or operations manager. A screen share of the software you use most is welcome but optional.
Comparing firms?
Good. Use our guide on how to choose an AI consultant and ask us the same 12 questions you ask everyone else.
